What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and the orders you place, together with the loyalty balance held against your customer account. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
How it is used
To prepare and hand over your pickup orders, to apply loyalty points and rewards, and to keep your purchase history accurate across our stores as well as our own internal marketing.
Who sees it
Staff at the store you collect from can see the details needed to fulfil your order. Your records are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Your choices
Ask any store to correct or delete the details held against your customer account, and we will action it at the counter or by email.
