Terms of sale
These are the terms every online order with Delmar Vapor and Oddz & Endz is placed on.
Pickup orders
Orders are reserved against the stock at the store you select and are held for seven days. Orders placed overnight will be available the next morning for pickup. Bring the pickup code from your confirmation with you as well as your photo ID. (You still have to be 21+)
Pricing and payment
Prices shown are the store price at the time of ordering and are paid in full at checkout. Any loyalty reward you apply is taken off the total before payment.
Returns
All of our products after customer use are non-returnable and non-refundable. Unused and unopened products except clearance, e-liquid, edible, consumable & custom items may be returned by the original purchaser within 7 business days for store credit. After 7 days a 50% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. NO CASH refunds will be given for any reason. Defective products fall under the manufacturer’s warranty program(s), which may or may not be honored by this outlet depending upon our relationship with the manufacturer.
Availability
Stock figures come from our point of sale and are refreshed regularly. In the rare case an item sells out before your order is picked, we will contact you to refund or substitute.
